UXCam is hiring a Brand/Content Marketing Manager to drive our brand and our content: how UXCam sounds and shows up wherever a customer meets us.
UXCam is a B2B SaaS company that helps product teams find where people struggle in their mobile apps and websites, see why it happens, and measure what each fix changes. Tara, our AI product analyst, answers their questions about that data in plain language.
You'll own these things end to end. You can set the plan and run it.
Shape launches into stories. When we ship something, you turn it into a clear story with a blog post, social posts, an email and material for sales.
Tell customer stories. Interview customers, find the real result, and turn it into case studies, quotes and short videos.
Grow our social channels. Run UXCam's social channels, and help our team and creators post about the product too.
Measure what works. Report each month on what content drives: traffic, sign-ups, demo requests and AI citations. Do more of what works and stop what doesn't. Be curious and test new ideas
Must-haves
We care more about ambition than your past titles.
1–3 years in marketing, ideally in brand, content or communications at a B2B software or tech company.
You take ownership. You've run something yourself, like a channel, a blog, a newsletter or a launch, and you can show what it achieved. You spot what's broken and fix it without waiting to be asked. If a deadline will slip, you say so early.
You are interested in AI. You use AI tools every day and can walk us through a workflow you built. You also check its work, and you rewrite bland AI copy until it sounds like a person.
You write well. Your English is clear, specific and free of filler. You can write a headline, a case study and a LinkedIn post, each in the right voice.
You have a visual eye. You can tell on-brand from off-brand, and you can make simple edits yourself in Figma or Canva.
Nice to have
None of these are required.
Portuguese or Spanish at a professional level
Short-form video: scripting, filming or editing

Wanting a role where you don't need to take ownership

Uncomfortable with taking risks when it comes to content
