This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

  • Design and develop e-learning courses, storyboards, training materials, and sales playbooks that apply adult-learning and instructional-design principles.

  • Measure, monitor, and communicate program results to relevant stakeholders, using findings to improve learning solutions and future enablement initiatives.
  • Manage multiple sales enablement projects and sales-related events while coordinating executive, regional, and subject-matter expert stakeholders.
  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences in virtual and in-person environments that support sustainable behavioral change.
  • Develop innovative solutions without relying exclusively on an established local playbook, adapting relevant practices and sharing learnings with the broader international team.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

  • Knowledge of adult-learning principles, instructional-design practices, and sales enablement frameworks, with the ability to apply them when creating programs and learning experiences.

  • Demonstrated experience independently developing, implementing, measuring, and monitoring programs in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  • Strong structured-thinking, communication, stakeholder-management, innovation, and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to connect information and explain objectives, decisions, methods, and results clearly.
