What you'll do
- Coach resellers on weekly prospecting, lead generation, customer visits and meetings across your assigned region
- Help resellers present and demonstrate products, then negotiate contracts to secure deals
- Find regional growth opportunities and build partnerships with resellers, channel partners and existing customers
- Set and carry out regional sales plans, with targets for you and your reseller network
- Coordinate with technical colleagues on customer support and solution delivery, while tracking CAD/CAM and manufacturing developments
What you bring
- You have four to six years of field sales work in CAD/CAM, CNC, machine tools, cutting tools or similar technology solutions
- You hold an MBA or a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a comparable field
- You can explain manufacturing and CAD/CAM solutions to customers, and are fluent in English and Mandarin
- You have a valid driving licence and your own vehicle

Key Responsibilities
Guide and Monitor the resellers for weekly sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, customer visits, and meetings.
Support resellers in delivering product presentations and demonstrations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned regions, including both new and existing markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and key existing customers, ensuring excellent customer service and long-term business partnerships.
Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, customer requirements, and developments in the CAD/CAM and manufacturing industry.
Identify, develop, and support potential resellers and channel partners in the region.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure effective customer support and solution delivery.
MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar is required.
4–6 years of field sales experience in CAD/CAM, CNC, machine tools, cutting tools, or other technology-based solutions.
Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and CAD/CAM solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions to customers.
Strong problem-solving and business development skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage.
Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand and willing to travel extensively across APAC region.
A valid driving licence and own vehicle are required.
