You're a fit at any level if you want to learn / have:

  • Experience managing client relationships in a live events setting.
  • A solutions oriented, highly organised, and calm under pressure approach.
  • How to speak both client and production acting as the connective tissue between the two.
  • A love for the details just as much as the big picture.
  • A passion for live events, brand experiences, and delivering excellence on the ground.

Depending on Your Level, You Might Be:

Account Executive (0–2 yrs exp)
You're the engine, supporting programs with logistics, documentation, and hands-on coordination. You’re eager to learn, quick on your feet, and a team player to the core.

You lead accounts and client relationships at a strategic level. You guide teams, own budgets, solve problems fast, and help shape the client’s vision into a winning experience. You're as comfortable in a boardroom as you are on-site.

  • Serve as the main client point of contact for active programs.
  • Lead timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing plans.
  • Work closely with internal creative, production and operations teams.
  • Translate client goals into clear internal direction.

  • A supportive, fast-moving team with a passion for world-class work.
  • The opportunity to work with some of the most exciting brands in the world.

We’re always interested in meeting exceptional Client Services talent, even if we’re not hiring for your exact title right now. If you’re a great fit, we want to know you.
