Position Overview
The eCommerce Performance Marketing Manager, South Korea will own the strategy and execution of high-impact performance marketing initiatives that accelerate Stanley 1913’s growth in Korea. This role will lead data-driven paid media and online marketplace campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, improve conversion, and deliver measurable commercial results. With a focus on driving qualified traffic, conversion, ROAS, and revenue impact, this role will manage paid media strategy, budget pacing, optimization, reporting, and testing across Korea’s key digital and commerce channels. Partnering closely with sales, brand marketing, merchandising, finance, and agency partners, this role will translate market, consumer, and performance insights into scalable growth plans that support business goals and improve ROAS.

What You'll Do

  • Lead performance media strategy and execution across platforms such as Naver, Coupang, and other relevant Korea channels to drive qualified traffic, conversion, ROAS, and revenue growth.
  • Build integrated media plans, campaign calendars, and budget recommendations aligned with commercial goals, product launches, and promotional priorities.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, forecasting, and ROAS in partnership with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring media investments deliver measurable revenue impact.
  • Serve as the day-to-day lead with media and platform agency partners, ensuring strong execution, strategic alignment, clear accountability, and delivery against performance goals.
  • Lead campaign execution, optimization, and performance management across paid media and marketplace channels, making data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Align with marketing and sales teams on campaign briefs, performance needs, creative testing, and asset optimization to improve media effectiveness.
  • Champion PDP optimization, keyword strategy, campaign landing experience, tracking, and merchandising improvements that increase conversion.
  • Monitor daily and weekly performance, uncover trends, and share clear insights, updates, and recommendations with local and regional stakeholders.
  • Use performance data, consumer insights, and test-and-learn practices to improve traffic quality, conversion, revenue, and ROAS.
  • Identify testing opportunities across platforms, audiences, creative, keywords, and marketplace levers to unlock new growth and improve media efficiency.

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, digital marketing, e-commerce in consumer goods/fashion/lifestyle industry, with knowledge of Korea digital and commerce platforms, including Naver, Coupang, Meta (paid social media) and other relevant local channels etc.
  • Proven success managing paid media budgets and delivering against revenue, conversion, ROAS, and sales targets.
  • Experience with PDP optimization, campaign tracking, attribution, analytics, testing, and performance reporting tools.
  • High financial and analytical acumen, including experience building forecasts, managing budget pacing, evaluating ROAS, and connecting media spend to business outcomes.
  • Experience managing agency partners and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree and fluency in written and spoken English is required
