SHADOW is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager who will lead the charge in developing and executing dynamic social media strategies for both our agency and its clients. This pivotal role reports directly to the AVP, Social serving as a primary client liaison. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, exceptionally organized, and possesses a flair for creativity, backed by 6-8 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing including within an agency environment.

What You Do:

  • Client Social Strategy: Spearhead the development and execution of robust social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of agency clients. This includes crafting comprehensive content calendars and captivating copy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and X.
  • SHADOW Social Presence: Take the reins on managing day-to-day activities for the agency's social accounts. This involves conceptualizing content calendars, coordinating asset acquisition with relevant teams, crafting compelling copy, and collaborating closely with the AVP, Social for feedback and approval.
  • Content Management: Act as the linchpin between in-house client teams and SHADOW's internal departments to streamline content inventory and timelines. This entails ensuring the timely delivery of brand assets, coordinating internal photoshoots and video productions, and curating user-generated content as per the content calendar.
  • Content Creation: Lead the development of creative briefs, including mood boards and shot lists, to guide content creation initiatives. Project manage select aspects of content creation in collaboration with the Creative team, including social video editing and story tile creation. Additionally, stay abreast of emerging social trends and content inspirations to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Compile comprehensive analytics into draft monthly reports, complete with actionable insights for review by the AVP, Social.

Annual Compensation

$90K - $120K (commensurate with experience)
