- Handling client requests regarding production and supply processes of goods and components, as well as customer order placement (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Analyzing current business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization and modeling.
- Analyzing data and developing recommendations to improve the efficiency and productivity of commercial organizations.
- Ensuring data accuracy. Performing data quality checks to meet standards.
- Collaborating closely with commercial units and other departments to understand product specifications, system requirements, and business needs.
- Coordinating with other departments to implement changes.
- English: fluent spoken and written.
- German: fluent spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Previous experience with or knowledge of D365 (ERP) is a plus.
- Team player.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Focused and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data quality.
- Ability to organize time and work efficiently, prioritize tasks.
- Results-oriented.
