As the Account Director, you are responsible for supporting various client account portfolios effectively supporting the client relationship, driving business growth, and delivering successful agri-marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor the team of account managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, provide clear guidance, and empower team members to deliver outstanding results.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budget management and financial forecasting for assigned accounts.
  • Monitor project profitability and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Identify potential new business opportunities within the client accounts. Focusing on organic growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the AdFarm’s overall business growth and strategic direction.

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field is required.
  • 10+ years of experience in client service, marketing direction or a related role within an advertising or marketing agency are essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • An affinity to AI tools and willingness to adopt them strategically
  • The capacity to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
  • The ability to identify and resolve challenges
  • A solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and contract negotiations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to think critically, analyze market trends, and develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing
