Why it's worth it:
The Demand Generation Specialist plans, executes, and optimizes campaigns across every stage of the buyer journey — from awareness through consideration to conversion with a constant eye on driving pipeline and revenue growth for the business. This role owns execution from launch through reporting. Depending on the campaign, that work can span paid media, email, web, SEO/AEO, webinars and democasts, and event promotion. You'll partner with our creative and web teams to build and test what goes to market, use data to decide what comes next, and help train and support junior members of the team.
This role is built for someone with a growth mindset. You won't be expected to be an expert in every channel from the start, but show a proven ability to pick things up quickly and a strong understanding of core B2B marketing fundamentals. If you're ready to take on more ownership, this is your chance to take the next step in your career.

- Build audiences using intent signals and ABM tools (e.g., ZoomInfo), and run retargeting programs
- Partner with the creative team to build ads, then test and iterate based on performance
- Partner with the web team to build landing pages that convert, and contribute to SEO and answer engine optimization (AEO) efforts
- Plan and execute email campaigns in Marketo
- Promote webinars, democasts, and in-person events through paid, email, and other digital channels
- Analyze campaign and funnel data across Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Marketo, and build reporting that shows what's driving results
- Help train and support more junior team members
