Belonging to the Internal Communications Group within the General Affairs Section at Rakuten Total Solutions, Inc. (RTS), our group drives organizational engagement by managing all-hands meetings and serving as a bridge between RTS management team and employees. By sharing management messages and showcasing our people and projects, we foster a strong sense of community and shared purpose. Furthermore, we are responsible for the all-hands meeting operations for Rakuten Mobile, Inc. (RM), extending our expertise to support internal communication across both companies.

Position Details

Join our RTS Internal Communications Group and take charge of planning and executing all-hands meetings for RM/RTS employees, and RTS’s internal communication initiatives to foster engagement and collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and execute all-hands meetings for RM/RTS employees

- Plan and execute RTS’s employee engagement events

- Develop RTS’s internal communications contents (planning, interviewing, channel/portal updates, etc.) using internal platforms

- Plan, prepare, and execute follow-up sessions related to the RM’s internal employee recognition program

- Conduct post-event surveys, analyze results, and propose improvements

Preferred Candidate:

We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills who can collaborate effectively with both RM/RTS’s stakeholders and share information clearly. The ideal candidate is dedicated to building strong employee connections, enhancing engagement, planning and executing internal events, working collaboratively in a team, and adapting flexibly to different situations.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Working experience (at least 3 years)

- Proficiency in English at a business level (TOEIC 800 or higher)

- Practical experience in meeting management, administrative operations, planning and executing internal/external events, and project management

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders

- Proficiency in basic IT tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Office, Viber, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience in video editing
