About the Role

Poshmark is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Awareness Media to own our paid video strategy across multiple channels. You will operate with a builder's mindset - testing new opportunities, scaling what works, and managing both direct campaign execution and agency partnerships to accelerate shopper and seller growth.

Key Responsibilities

You will own the strategy and execution across our primary video channels: TV, CTV/OTT, and YouTube, with flexibility to explore opportunities like OOH and network partnerships. You will be equally comfortable building a quarterly media plan as you are optimizing live campaigns. Your work will span both sides of our marketplace as needed with a sophisticated mix of in-house execution and agency partnerships. This role will report to the Director of Growth, Awareness.

  • Develop and execute Poshmark's integrated video media strategy, balancing brand awareness with intent objectives across TV, CTV, and YouTube

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution: planning, media buying, performance monitoring, and optimization across all video channels

  • Execute campaigns directly where appropriate (YouTube, programmatic placements) and manage relationships with media agencies for TV, premium CTV, and strategic partnerships

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across brand, creative, data and engineering

  • Design and run structured experiments to evaluate channel viability and emerging opportunities - setting clear success metrics and synthesizing learnings into actionable recommendations

  • Identify the highest-leverage levers across your channel portfolio - audience, creative, buying strategy - and build scalable playbooks to drive efficiency and scale

  • Manage a dynamic budget across channels and time periods, tracking KPIs and translating performance data into clear insights and action plans for stakeholders

  • Negotiate rates, added value, and make-goods with networks, platforms, and media partners to maximize efficiency and secure premium inventory

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, creative, data, and analytics teams to align media strategy with broader business objectives and quarterly priorities

About You

  • 5–8 years managing and executing multi-million dollar campaigns across awareness media channels (TV, CTV/OTT, YouTube), ideally at an e-commerce or high-growth brand

  • Hands-on-keyboard experience setting up and managing video / CTV campaigns in platforms like CM360, DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize multiple channels simultaneously, with a track record of impact through multiple measurement lenses: lift studies, incrementality, MMM, etc.

  • Strong negotiation skills and experience securing favorable rates and placements from networks, platforms, and media partners

  • Analytical fluency: comfortable working with large datasets, building performance dashboards, and making budget decisions grounded in data

  • Experimentation mindset: you know how to design rigorous tests, read results objectively, and deprioritize ideas that are not working

  • Comfort with ambiguity: you thrive in environments where focus shifts between seller and shopper initiatives and can adapt without losing momentum

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present channel strategy and results to senior stakeholders clearly

  • Strong grasp on media and entertainment trends and calendars within our target audience
