From the employer

Job Description

Job Description Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week), Monday–Friday Location: Remote — open to candidates in Latin America or South Africa

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on marketer to work directly with the owner of a small portfolio of U.S.-based businesses, including a home services company, a medical billing company, and a wealth management firm. This is not a "set the strategy and hand it off" role — we need someone who can build the marketing plan and execute it themselves.

You'll work across multiple businesses and industries, shifting between projects as priorities change. The immediate focus is on organic marketing: reactivating and nurturing a database of 10,000+ existing customer contacts to drive repeat business, rather than only relying on new customer acquisition.

Requirements

What You'll Do

Plan and run organic marketing campaigns: email marketing, text/SMS marketing, newsletters, and promotions to existing customer databases Build hyper-local marketing strategies for a local home services business — including community and zip-code-level targeting and grassroots/guerrilla marketing tactics Help reduce customer acquisition costs by increasing repeat business from past customers rather than paying to reacquire the same customers through paid search Adapt marketing approach across different business types — from a hyper-local home services business to a nationwide medical billing company Work independently across multiple, unrelated businesses and switch context between them as needed What We're Looking For Proven experience running organic marketing campaigns (email, SMS/text, newsletters, database/CRM-based marketing) Experience marketing for a local or small business is a strong plus — this role is not about big national brand campaigns Someone who can both develop marketing strategy and execute it hands-on (we're not looking for a strategist who hands off execution to someone else) Comfortable managing multiple projects across different companies at once Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients/employers preferred Experience with paid marketing (Google Ads, Google LSA, paid social) Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, aligned with U.S. business hours.

Application Process

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit a short one-way video introduction covering their background, communication style, and relevant experience before moving to the interview stage.
