POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our B2B business lines by assisting in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, increasing awareness of our critical services in the bone marrow transplant (BMT) industry, and leading the activation of marketing programs across multiple business lines. Your ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies will be crucial in optimizing partner relationships and achieving business goals.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Primary Functions:
• Develop and execute data-driven B2B marketing initiatives based on product insights and market research to drive product/service adoption and achieve organizational objectives
• Contribute to lead generation efforts by aligning marketing and sales enablement objectives and providing the necessary tools and resources to effectively engage with prospects
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Community Physicians, Apheresis, Collection, Donor Centers and Cord Blood Banks and partner organizations
• Participate in—and act as an NMDP SME within—industry groups, forums, or conferences, as needed.
• Work cross-functionally on non-marketing initiatives that have a cascading impact on how our audiences perceive us at large—be it with IT, enablement, field staff, or otherwise

Responsibilities:
• Create comprehensive annual marketing plans for segmented B2B clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights and secure leadership buy-in.
• Oversee all aspects of marketing campaign execution, including:
o Content creation (e.g., website copy, blog posts, social media content)
o Channel management (e.g., paid advertising, email marketing, social media campaigns)
o Performance measurement and reporting
o Collaboration with internal stakeholders across various departments (Clinical Operations, Research, IT, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies with broader organizational goals
o Management of relationships with external agencies and partner organizations.
• Work within a matrixed marketing organization to develop measurement tools that will enable real-time performance assessments and prompt optimizations to plans, to most effectively engage partners
• Manage budgets for assigned business units and initiatives
• Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching and guidance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
• Modern integrated marketing practices and techniques, including how to leverage key channels to achieve results (e.g., paid, earned, owned).
• Digital marketing expertise, including fluency in SEM/SEO, social media, web, email, PR/media, and the like.
• Customer relationship management (CRM) platform experience – Salesforce and Pardot preferred.
• Project management principles, advanced oral and written communication skills, and informal influencing skills since this role does not formally lead any other team members.
• Writing strategic briefs for marketing programs and presenting strategy decks to leadership and teams at all levels of an organization.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office software like PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with experience leading cross functional project teams and agency management
