The Marketing Operations Specialist will assist in the development of retail sales publications from the proofing phase through printing and distribution.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Assist with retail marketing program implementation and support.

Proof all retail marketing related materials to ensure accuracy prior to deployment.

Monitor dates to ensure all stores receive materials on time.

Coordinate direct shipment of marketing materials from printer to stores.

Coordinate with mailrooms for distribution of marketing materials as needed.

Supervise vendor billing for participation in programs.

Maintain budget spreadsheet of marketing expenditures and credit letters.

Develop Zipline and TeamNet communications for monthly sale kits.

Provide support (incoming calls, emails, and e-forms) to team members and vendors regarding programs, promotions, flyers, etc.

Assist with other store promotions as needed.

Assist with special department projects as needed.

SKILLS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Required:

High School Diploma.

Requires experience with and knowledge of the following software: Microsoft Excel and Word.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Must present a professional company image and positive attitude. Comfortable in a TEAM-oriented work environment.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to lift packages up to 40 lbs.

Desired:

O’Reilly Auto Parts Store experience or equivalent.

Experience with Microsoft Queries or similar.

College degree with emphasis in Marketing or Advertising.
