Business Development Representative
We are seeking an eager and growth-oriented Business Development Representative to drive sales opportunity generation and revenue growth. In this role, you will proactively engage with potential clients through outbound outreach, follow up on marketing-generated leads, and build relationships with key decision-makers. You will collaborate with leadership and client stakeholders to optimize pipeline health, conduct research to understand target buyer profiles, and initiate meaningful sales conversations. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, high energy, and a passion for results, along with a self-motivated, hard-working mindset committed to their own success. Success in this role requires persistence, resilience, strong CRM management, adherence to lead qualification processes, and close alignment with demand generation managers to execute timely follow-ups. Bachelor’s degree

Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce.com
