Inside Sales Engineer（Optical Background）

Principal Responsibilities:

• Develops customer contact and is responsible for providing technical support and customer solutions for the organization’s products via telephone or through written or Internet-based applications
• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both current and prospective customers throughout the sales cycle
• Provides pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex scientific and technological products/applications/solutions
• Must be able to identify all technical issues with associated customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process
• Works with other members of the sales team as well as R&D, engineering and marketing to define complex customer technical requirements and ensure they are built into product specifications
• Works directly with prospective customers/users to demonstrate complex technical aspects of the product applications/solutions as well as product performance

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Physics, Optoelectronics, Optical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 2+years of relevant working experience. Experience in photonics, laser technologies, or related industries is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze and resolve customer technical issues.
• Self-motivated. Be accountable in the responsibility assigned. Proactive working attitude. Self-driven in searching for effective manners to move work forward.
