Job Summary

Required/Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D., 2 years clerical or other related experience, basic computer and keyboarding skills, effective communication skills both orally and written, capability to prioritize, summarize and relay information orally and in writing; to follow oral and written instructions; to write legibly; to monitor multiple radio frequencies.
Preferred Qualifications
Police/emergency communications experience, Meters/NCIC certification
Additional Job Information:
The position is a Contingent II, full-time, non-exempt position.
