What you'll do

The candidate will be part of the Marina Bay Sands Communications team and will be responsible for supporting the integrated resort’s corporate goals via internal communication campaigns. He/she will work closely with several business units to create employee communication content to be pushed out to multiple internal communication channels such as a daily news bulletin, weekly newsletter, employee TV channels, in-house employee app, private employee Facebook group, back-of-house posters, and intranet.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with content creation, including video production, for internal communication channels.
Maintain and update content in a timely manner on internal communication channels.
Other ad hoc duties such as vendor and stakeholder liaison, photography, and event reporting where necessary.
Assist with other tasks as directed by the team.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Must be a full-time matriculated student
Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements
Experience
Prior experience in video content creation (production and/or post-production) is required
For production-focused candidates: experience in filming using DSLR cameras is required
For post-production-focused candidates: experience in video editing using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent software is required
Other Prerequisites
Proficiency in video production and content creation tools (preferably Adobe Creative Suite)
Skills in photography, design, and/or animation will be advantageous
Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
A proactive and collaborative team player, willing to support team members when needed
Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of six months
Able to commit to full-time work arrangement from Mondays to Fridays throughout the internship.
