The Digital Marketing Executive will support the planning, delivery and measurement of marketing activities that promote MAHLE Powertrain's engineering services across the automotive, off-highway, heavy-duty, defence, marine and motorcycle sectors. The role will focus on creating engaging marketing content, supporting digital campaigns, maintaining marketing channels and generating qualified sales opportunities to support business growth.
Your Contribution
- Planning, create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Create and distribute marketing content including website articles, email campaigns, brochures, presentations and social media posts.
- Manage and maintain MAHLE Powertrain's social media presence, ensuring content is relevant, engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support lead generation activities and nurture prospects through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the organisation and promotion of trade shows, exhibitions, conferences and customer events.
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer engagement activities and the conversion of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company branding and communication guidelines.
- Maintain marketing databases, and campaign documentation.
Your Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 GCSEs Grade C/4 or above including English and Mathematics. In addition, Degree, diploma or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline are valuable.
- Experience creating content for digital marketing channels. (Experience with Adobe Premier Pro for Video creation; InDesign, Photoshop, illustrator or other for graphics creation).
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- It will also be valuable to have Experience in B2B marketing, knowledge of email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools, experience using website content management systems, understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles or interest in automotive, engineering or technology sectors.
