We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executive – Digital Marketing to drive digital initiatives across international markets, covering paid media, SEO, content, social media, websites, analytics, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate should bring strong digital expertise, creativity, and the ability to deliver impactful digital outcomes.
Position: Senior Executive – Digital Marketing
Location: Haycarb Head Office, Colombo 10
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies across the group, including subsidiary companies.
Coordinate and manage paid digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on targeting, optimization, lead generation, conversions, and overall performance.
Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO coordination, and competitor analysis.
Develop and coordinate content for websites, digital campaigns, social media, and other channels in line with brand and business objectives.
Support website management, development, and enhancements, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
Support the expansion of the company's digital presence across international markets and market-specific digital ecosystems.
Monitor digital marketing performance using analytics platforms and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Stay informed on developments in AI, digital marketing technologies, and emerging platforms, exploring opportunities to apply them within the business.
Develop basic marketing creatives using tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop, coordinating complex requirements with agencies or designers.
Take ownership of assigned digital projects, driving them independently from planning through completion.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of relevant digital marketing experience, with practical exposure to paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, website management, and digital analytics.
Working knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads and other paid media tools, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, LinkedIn, and other relevant social platforms.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar creative tools would be an advantage.
Exposure to AI-enabled marketing tools, international digital marketing, or market-specific digital platforms would be an added advantage.
Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and continuously learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving digital environment.
