Description Summary: The Product Marketing Manager will own M3’s product marketing strategy, ensuring our solutions are positioned effectively in the market, clearly differentiated, and communicated in a way that resonates with the hospitality industry. This role bridges product, sales, and marketing, taking responsibility for messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market execution. The Manager will play a critical role in driving adoption, supporting revenue growth, and equipping our sales teams with the tools they need to win.

- Sales Enablement: Build and deliver enablement tools, playbooks, and training that empower sales to effectively communicate value and close deals.
- Competitive Intelligence: Lead competitive research and analysis to inform positioning, pricing, and differentiation strategies.
- Customer & Market Insights: Partner with customer success and product teams to capture feedback, identify market trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Content Development: Oversee product marketing assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, website content, and thought leadership.

Qualifications
