- Fluent English for North America collaboration, plus native or fluent Spanish and strong written and spoken communication
- Working familiarity with Google Ads, Semrush, HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Claude, and Canva or Photoshop

We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Demand Generation Manager in Brazil to join our team! We are seeking someone curious, relationship-oriented, self-motivated, and excited to help build a new market from the ground up.
You will support Loadsmart’s entry into the Latin American market by combining sales, marketing, and relationship-building. You’ll generate qualified opportunities, localize marketing efforts, and act as the bridge between our U.S. teams and LATAM’s relationship-driven logistics landscape.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

Own the demand-generation strategy end-to-end, setting direction and executing against pipeline and growth targets.

Build and manage the full-funnel demand-gen engine, tracking performance and iterating based on data and results.

Work hands-on across SEO, Google Ads, paid social, events, and PR & media relations, directing execution in partnership with dedicated US-based channel counterparts.

Adapt and produce content articles, decks, email sequences, sales materials, and web pages, localizing from English to Portuguese for the Brazilian market.

Partner with the Brazil SaaS Sales team to build the go-to-market execution plan and stand up the demand-generation pipeline.

Bring competitive intelligence and market insight on local buyer behavior and the media landscape to sharpen the GTM strategy.

Reprioritize quickly as the business shifts, owning outcomes with a roll-up-the-sleeves mindset.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in Brazil with a real understanding of local buyer behavior, the media landscape, and the competitive environment.

Proven full-funnel demand-generation experience; data- and results-driven.

Hands-on proficiency across SEO, Google Ads, paid social, events, PR & media relations, and content localization — strong enough in each channel to create a strategy and execute it

Fluent English for daily collaboration with North America-based teams.

Working knowledge of Google Ads, Semrush, HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Claude, and Canva or Photoshop.
