About the Role

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager owns go-to-market strategy and execution—sharpening how we message, package, and deliver Leadership Connect's solutions to market. You'll lead cross-functional efforts across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, working directly with product managers and team leads to improve our offering through data-driven processes grounded in market feedback. As the connective tissue across the company, you'll rely on collaboration and ownership to succeed.

Core Functions of the Role:

    • Own the go-to-market roadmap, strategy, and execution for product launches
    • Develop value propositions and messaging frameworks, and drive company-wide adoption and consistency
    • Gather market insights through research and customer interviews to capture purchasing drivers, sentiment, and reactions to messaging
    • Partner with Product Managers to sharpen our offerings based on the competitive landscape and customer feedback
    • Create sales and marketing collateral, plus internal and external communications, that drive adoption and conversion
    • Build training materials and lead sales enablement for key launches
    • Produce data-driven market stories, case studies, and product guides, and support webinars that advance business objectives

About You:

    • 5+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company
    • Experience building and executing go-to-market plans specific to software products
    • Superb written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
    • The ability to influence and align colleagues across cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment
    • A collaborative, ownership-driven approach
    • Nice to have: experience marketing to government workers
