How to apply
Send us your resume and a short letter introducing your background. In it, cover two things:
Tell us about a time you turned community feedback, from a subreddit, Discord, or comment section, into an actionable takeaway or piece of content. What was the result?
Pick a game launch or update from the last year. What did its community and social activity get right or wrong, and what would you have done differently?
Keep the letter to one A4 page at most. We’re reading for how you think, not how much you write — so give us your own thinking, in your own voice. We’d much rather read something genuinely yours than something perfectly polished by AI.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until November 6, 2026.
