Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist with 4–5+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling high-performing Google Ads campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven performance marketer with a proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and driving measurable business growth.
You'll take ownership of paid search strategies, campaign execution, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization while working closely with marketing teams and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
- Manage substantial monthly advertising budgets while maximizing campaign efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and bid optimization.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Ads.
- Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Create detailed performance reports and communicate insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with Google Ads platform updates, automation, and performance marketing best practices.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of professional experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in an agency or high-growth business environment.
- Proven track record of scaling successful Google Ads campaigns and delivering measurable ROI.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Search Ads, Performance Max, Display, Shopping, and remarketing strategies.
- Strong experience managing and optimizing substantial monthly ad spend.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong understanding of bidding strategies, attribution models, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable business insights.
- Experience with Google Looker Studio, reporting dashboards, and performance analysis.
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting campaign results to stakeholders.
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet performance targets.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Google Ads certifications.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns for international markets, particularly the US, UK, or Australia.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other paid advertising platforms.
- Experience working with SaaS, eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B companies.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and marketing automation tools.
