About Us
HireHawk connects skilled professionals with U.S. and Canadian companies to build high-performing remote teams around the world, with clear expectations and strong team support.
For this role, we’re hiring on behalf of a U.S.-based Family Law firm that values professional, accurate, and approachable education online.
About the Role
You’ll own day-to-day social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, helping the firm grow a trusted presence while staying aligned with a legal brand voice. This role is hands-on: you’ll plan the content calendar, create graphics and short-form videos, write captions, schedule campaigns, and track performance. You’ll collaborate closely with the attorney/team to turn Family Law topics into clear, engaging, brand-aligned content that increases audience engagement and generates consultation inquiries. This is a great fit if you love building content systems and can produce high-quality work consistently without leaning on AI-generated tools.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a weekly/monthly content calendar that supports brand growth and consultation inquiries
- Create original, legal-appropriate content across reels/short-form video, carousel posts, stories, and static graphics
- Edit short-form video content (hook, pacing, captions, clean cuts) optimized for platform performance
- Write clear, professional, engaging captions and on-brand copy in fluent English
- Schedule and manage posts and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn using the right tools
- Monitor comments and inbox messages and respond professionally to boost trust and engagement (or route sensitive inquiries appropriately)
- Track performance using platform analytics and translate insights into practical improvements (what to repeat, what to stop, what to test next)
- Maintain a consistent brand voice that balances warmth and approachability with the professionalism expected of a law firm
- Collaborate with the attorney/team to source topics, shape educational content, and manage approvals on time
- Keep multiple deadlines moving at once without sacrificing content quality
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Proven, hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand (not personal-only)
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Strong short-form video editing skills (reels/TikTok style) using tools like CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong design skills for social graphics and carousels using Canva (or comparable tools)
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone suitable for a legal brand
- Organized content planning and scheduling ability, including comfort with Meta Business Suite and managing multiple posting deadlines
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based law firm (strongly preferred) or another professional services brand (medical, financial, etc.)
- Familiarity with creating educational content that stays accurate and compliant (especially for Family Law topics)
- Comfort building simple content systems (templates, repeatable formats, hooks, topic banks) that improve consistency and speed
- Experience running or supporting paid social campaigns (Meta) and coordinating boosts/promotions
- Ability to support light community management workflows and lead handling to help drive consultations
Important:
- This role requires authentic, original content creation. Candidates who rely on AI tools for writing/design/video concepts, or submit AI-generated portfolios/template-only work, will not be progressed.
Benefits
- Access to a $200K+ perk marketplace with discounts on 150+ global services.
- Option to withdraw up to 50% of approved earnings before payday.
