- Plan, schedule, and execute content across social channels in line with client goals and campaign strategies.
- Work with Senior Managers and the Social Media Lead to translate strategies into actionable plans and content calendars.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of client tone, audience, and market trends.
- Ensure all output is on-brand, on-message, and optimised for platform bes practices.
- Support influencer partnerships, community management, and audience
engagement activity as required.
- Track campaign performance using analytics and social listening tools.
- Produce clear, accurate reports with insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Monitor conversations and engagement, responding in accordance with client
- community management guidelines.
- Identify and escalate risks or opportunities promptly to senior team members.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client contacts.
- Attend client meetings and present updates or performance insights as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Paid Media, Analytics, and Client Services teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
