ESG recherche pour son entreprises collaboratrices, dans le domaine de la communication un.e Assistant marketing opérationnel & retail de centre commercial en contrat d’alternance.
Missions :
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Marketing Opérationnel vous serez chargé de :
Vos missions :
- Déployer le plan marketing : participation à sa construction, mise en œuvre des campagnes (digital, print, médias) et suivi des performances ;
- Animer le centre : organisation et coordination d’événements et d’opérations commerciales, suivi des animations sur site ;
- Développer la visibilité du centre : création de contenus, gestion des réseaux sociaux, suivi du planning éditorial et des actions digitales ;
- Piloter les relations locales : coordination avec les commerçants, partenaires et prestataires, contribution aux partenariats ;
- Participer à l’exploitation du site : présence terrain, suivi de la qualité de service et du respect des process ;
- Assurer le suivi opérationnel : reporting avec analyse des KPI’S, gestion administrative, mise à jour des outils et bases de données.
Profil :
Nous recherchons un profil titulaire d’un Bac+3 dans le domaine de la communication.

Compétences techniques :
- Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Connaissance des réseaux sociaux et du marketing digital
- Sensibilité à la création de contenus et à la communication (CANVA, IA, Photoshop...)
- Capacité d’analyse et de suivi de performance (KPI)
Compétences personnelles :
- Rigueur et sens de l’organisation
- Autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle
- Aisance relationnelle (multiples interlocuteurs : commerçants, prestataires…)
- Proactivité et capacité à être force de proposition
- Adaptabilité et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique
