Per campagne di marketing telefonico rivolte a clienti e potenziali clienti, si ricerca un/una Operatore/trice call center. L’attività riguarda la presentazione di servizi e la raccolta di adesioni, con contatti svolti da una postazione in sede. La persona gestirà chiamate in uscita e registrerà gli esiti nel gestionale.
Mansioni principali:
- presentazione telefonica delle offerte e gestione delle richieste di approfondimento;
- registrazione dell’esito di ogni contatto e aggiornamento delle schede nel gestionale;
- pianificazione dei richiami concordati e segnalazione delle richieste al referente commerciale.
Requisiti:
- esperienza non richiesta; è previsto l’affiancamento sulle procedure;
- buona comunicazione telefonica e capacità di esporre informazioni con chiarezza;
- dimestichezza con computer e strumenti digitali di uso comune;
- disponibilità a lavorare in sede e a seguire obiettivi individuali.
Offerta e benefit:
- contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi, a tempo pieno;
- retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1400-1500 €;
- Buoni pasto;
- Formazione continua sulle campagne e sulle procedure di contatto.
