About the Role:

As Brand Manager, this role is responsible for driving brand growth and delivering best-in-class brand experiences in South Korea. The position leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, manages brand performance, and works closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative consumer and shopper initiatives to market. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who combines strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen, and excellent project management skills to build strong consumer brands in a dynamic consumer goods environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of annual and long-term brand strategies and business plans
  • Monitor brand performance and identify opportunities to accelerate growth through data-driven recommendations
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Track key business and brand performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
  • Develop and execute 360° marketing initiatives across online and offline channels
  • Lead the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across consumer touchpoints
  • Partner with sales and trade marketing teams to create effective consumer promotions and activation programs
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Ensure all activities are aligned with brand positioning and global brand guidelines
  • Manage packaging development and adaptation projects in collaboration with regional and global teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and in-market execution
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of packaging, artwork, and product-related initiatives
  • Support portfolio development and innovation projects to strengthen category growth
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Support forecasting, budget planning, and financial reporting processes
  • Track marketing investments and evaluate return on investment
  • Ensure accurate management of marketing expenditures and vendor payments

About You:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in brand marketing, preferably within FMCG, consumer goods, food and/or confectionery with exposure to regional or international brand management environments
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with syndicated market data and consumer insights tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform insights into business actions
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, showing strong collaboration with agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills, SAP experience is considered a plus
  • Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken
