Field Marketing Specialist

Who We Are

Feeser's is a 125-year-old, family-owned foodservice distributor. We're looking for a hands-on field marketer to plan and run events, sponsorships, and trade shows that grow B2B sales. You'll be the face of Feeser's at customer events, trade shows, and community events, and the link between Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, and our vendor partners. You'll also own our event-driven social content.

What You'll Do

Events and Field Marketing

  • Lead the annual Feeser's Expo, including promotions, seminars, registration, signage, and the VIP reception (venue, food and beverage, guest management, on-site logistics).

  • Maintain the marketing event calendar and keep deadlines, materials, and logistics on track.

  • Manage event assets such as swag, signage, backdrops, and displays, along with inventory and restocking.

  • Plan all Sales Meetings with the Director of Sales, including print materials and recap content.

  • Support vendor events and activations with Purchasing.

  • Staff regional conferences and trade shows: booth setup, customer engagement, on-site coordination.

Sponsorships and Promotions

  • Manage sponsorship relationships, track fulfillment, and spot renewal and growth opportunities.

  • Represent Feeser's at community events, sponsored activities, and local organizations, building goodwill and strengthening our brand in the communities we serve.

  • Research and recommend high-impact regional events, sponsorships, and trade opportunities.

  • Source and manage promotional items and apparel, and develop new promotional ideas, including tiered programs.

Event Social Content

  • Plan, capture, and post event content (photos, video, stories, reels, customer-generated content).

  • Work with Marketing and our digital agency to extend event impact in real time.

Leads and Reporting

  • Engage attendees, generate and qualify leads, and set up tracking so Sales can follow up.

  • Report on event, sponsorship, and activation results.

Vendor Publications and Rebates (secondary)

  • Source and place vendor products in seasonal publications and help with proofreading and distribution.

  • Support our quarterly vendor magazine (ad outreach, digital distribution) and monthly digital rebates and offers publication.

  • Track and document vendor rebate programs, work with partners, and communicate opportunities to Sales.

What You Bring

Required

  • 2+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or marketing coordination, or equivalent event or hospitality experience.

  • Experience planning and managing events, trade shows, or customer engagement programs.

  • Strong organization, project management, and follow-through.

  • Comfort creating social content (photo, short-form video) in live settings, with working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Ability to travel regularly within Pennsylvania and occasionally within the Mid-Atlantic.

  • Availability for occasional evening or weekend events.

Preferred

  • Experience managing events with 300+ attendees.

  • Experience with lead tracking, CRM, or sales enablement.

  • B2B experience.
