Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):
The Deputy Secretary of Marketing and Communications is responsible for implementing the strategic marketing and communications plan for the Student Government Association as outlined in the most updated version of the Student Government Association bylaws.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with the SGA Secretary of Marketing and Communications to oversee all SGA publicity, ensuring efficient publicity and compliance with SGA style guidelines.

Create posters, brochures, and other materials as requested.

Identify marketing priorities and develop PR campaigns (using print, web, special events, etc.) to advertise events and initiatives of SGA.

Maintain three weekly office hours in the Office of Student Activities (BC 108)
