What you'll do
- Maintain APAC intelligence data on macroeconomics, raw material prices, livestock, feed output, and exchange rates
- Download, assess, and report import and export information related to amino acids
- Find additional intelligence sources and improve information coverage across the APAC region
- Support Greater China product launches by linking market studies to sales plans and targets
- Study China’s livestock value chain and customer behavior to assess opportunities and product needs
What you bring
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in animal science, agriculture, economics, business, marketing, or a related discipline
- At least one to two years in market intelligence, marketing, or project management, preferably in the listed industries
- Strong data analysis and forecasting ability, including turning complicated findings into practical recommendations
- Professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

You’ll suit a mid-level role combining market analysis, reporting, and launch support across APAC and Greater China. You’ll need to manage several projects independently, coordinate across functions, and produce accurate reports under short deadlines. The role is based in Beijing, China.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in market intelligence, marketing, or project management—preferably in animal nutrition, feed additives, or agriculture industries.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with IBP, SAP, Dynamics 365, Power BI, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high‑quality reports under tight deadlines.
- Fluent English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
1. Market Intelligence & Industry Analysis
- Data maintenance in APAC market intelligence platform to support pricing and business decision, e.g. Marco economic, raw materials price, livestock production, Feed production, exchange rate.
- Import and export data download, analysis and report for Amino Acids etc.
- Explore new resources for Market intelligence to close the gap AN have in APAC region.
- Manage internal intelligence sharing and reporting systems to ensure consistent, efficient information flow.
2. Project Management & New Product Launch
- Support EN related new product launches in the Greater China region, ensuring comprehensive market study into sales strategy and sales targets.
- Conduct in depth analysis of China’s livestock value chain and customer behaviors to identify market opportunities.
- Evaluate market potential and customer needs for EN related new products; clarify value propositions, product advantages, and key selling points.
