What you bring

You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in animal science, agriculture, economics, business, marketing, or a related field
You bring three to five years in market intelligence, marketing, or project management, preferably in animal nutrition, feed additives, or agriculture
You can turn complex information into practical recommendations using strong analysis and forecasting
You communicate well across teams, work independently, and manage several deadline-driven projects
You write and speak English and Chinese fluently; Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power BI experience is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Market Intelligence & Industry Analysis
Act as a core member of the HQ Market Intelligence team, supporting global MI initiatives and cross‑regional intelligence projects.
Share structured and timely China market and competitors updates, insights, and news with global headquarters.
Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitor capacity expansion, producer activities, and developments across the full animal nutrition value chain.
Maintain rigorous standards in data collection, validation, and cross‑checking to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Consolidate and analyze China amino acids import/export data monthly, and validate global trade flows using the global trade platform.
Manage internal intelligence sharing and reporting systems to ensure consistent, efficient information flow.
Commodity pricing platform data maintenance on monthly basis
Monitor and manage the marketing intelligence budget to meet annual cost targets.
2. Project Management & New Product Launch
Coordinate cross‑functional teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely and successful execution.
Support new product launches in the Greater China region, ensuring comprehensive market study into sales strategy and sales targets.
Conduct in‑depth analysis of China’s livestock value chain and customer behaviors to identify market opportunities.
Evaluate market potential and customer needs for new products; clarify value propositions, product advantages, and key selling points.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in market intelligence, marketing, or project management—preferably in animal nutrition, feed additives, or agriculture industries.
Strong analytical and forecasting skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high‑quality reports under tight deadlines.
Fluent English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
