What you bring
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in animal science, agriculture, economics, business, marketing, or a related field
- You bring three to five years in market intelligence, marketing, or project management, preferably in animal nutrition, feed additives, or agriculture
- You can turn complex information into practical recommendations using strong analysis and forecasting
- You communicate well across teams, work independently, and manage several deadline-driven projects
- You write and speak English and Chinese fluently; Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power BI experience is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Market Intelligence & Industry Analysis
- Act as a core member of the HQ Market Intelligence team, supporting global MI initiatives and cross‑regional intelligence projects.
- Share structured and timely China market and competitors updates, insights, and news with global headquarters.
- Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitor capacity expansion, producer activities, and developments across the full animal nutrition value chain.
- Maintain rigorous standards in data collection, validation, and cross‑checking to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Consolidate and analyze China amino acids import/export data monthly, and validate global trade flows using the global trade platform.
- Manage internal intelligence sharing and reporting systems to ensure consistent, efficient information flow.
- Commodity pricing platform data maintenance on monthly basis
- Monitor and manage the marketing intelligence budget to meet annual cost targets.
2. Project Management & New Product Launch
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely and successful execution.
- Support new product launches in the Greater China region, ensuring comprehensive market study into sales strategy and sales targets.
- Conduct in‑depth analysis of China’s livestock value chain and customer behaviors to identify market opportunities.
- Evaluate market potential and customer needs for new products; clarify value propositions, product advantages, and key selling points.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in market intelligence, marketing, or project management—preferably in animal nutrition, feed additives, or agriculture industries.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high‑quality reports under tight deadlines.
- Fluent English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
