How you will contribute

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for existing and prospective corporate clients, aligned with the bank's overall business strategy;
  • Build, manage and strengthen relationships with key corporate clients, acting as their primary point of contact within the bank;
  • Identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth through tailored banking solutions and cross-selling initiatives;
  • Monitor portfolio performance, including profitability, revenue generation, and asset returns, while implementing actions to optimize results;
  • Structure and negotiate complex banking transactions, ensuring appropriate pricing and profitability;
  • Collaborate with credit analysts and risk teams to prepare credit proposals, financing structures, and credit applications;
  • Proactively monitor portfolio quality, identify emerging risks and implement mitigation actions when needed;
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent client service and efficient delivery of banking products and services;
  • Mentor and support junior relationship managers, sharing expertise and contributing to the growth of the team.

What will help you be successful

  • Extensive experience in Corporate Banking, Relationship Management, or Business Banking, at least 5 years;
  • Strong knowledge of corporate lending, financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and cash management solutions;
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex structure financing transactions;
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering business growth and profitability;
  • Stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills;
  • Ability to identify market trends, assess risks, and translate opportunities into sustainable business results;
  • Leadership capabilities and a passion for coaching and developing people.
