The Manager, Member Marketing Operations, drives the smooth execution of marketing initiatives that deepen member engagement and retention. This role ensures alignment, efficiency, and clarity across all stages of campaign development through structured project management, streamlined communications, and effective process optimization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at keeping complex marketing operations running seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee marketing operations within Monday.com, including creating and maintaining standardized project templates, enforcing update discipline, and optimizing workflows for clarity and consistency across launches.
  • Content Calendar Management: Own and maintain the master member marketing content calendar to align key messages, campaigns, and launch milestones.
  • Field Communications: Draft clear, effective, and timely communications for the field team to ensure successful rollout of campaigns, promotions, and operational updates.
  • Performance Tracking & Retrospectives: Lead post-launch retrospectives, weekly sentiment tracking, and metrics analysis; consolidate findings into insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Operational Reporting: Develop weekly operations review decks highlighting key initiatives, performance updates, blockers, and next steps for leadership visibility.
  • Meeting Cadence & Accountability: Manage weekly status meetings and related communications; maintain agendas, track follow-ups, and ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability.
  • Process Documentation: Create and update operational documentation for team workflows, campaign management, and best practices to drive scalability and efficiency.
  • Newsletter Briefing: Brief in content for internal and field newsletters, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in marketing operations, project management, or integrated campaign execution.
  • Strong proficiency with Monday.com or equivalent project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical, organized, and process-driven with a bias for action.
