From the employer
About the Role
We are looking for a Content Lead to drive content strategy, ideation, and production across both client accounts and internal brand initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of creative thinking, production execution, and structured planning — owning content from initial concept through to final shoot, edit, and delivery. The ideal candidate is comfortable using AI tools to accelerate ideation and production, while still bringing strong creative and organisational judgement to every piece of content produced.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ideation for media content across formats (video, social, photo, and written content), generating concepts that are on-brand, on-trend, and platform-appropriate.
- Use AI tools to speed up ideation, scripting, content variations, and first-pass production work (e.g. drafting, editing assistance, asset generation), while ensuring final output meets brand and quality standards.
- Build and maintain content calendars and production plans for both client accounts and internal marketing initiatives, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Plan and oversee content shoots end-to-end — briefs, shot lists, logistics, talent/location coordination, and on-site direction.
- Edit and/or direct the editing of photo and video content to final, publish-ready quality.
- Translate client briefs and internal marketing goals into actionable content plans and production schedules.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Executives and account leads to ensure content aligns with each client’s strategy and brand voice.
- Track content performance and iterate on future ideation based on results and platform trends. Required Skills & Experience
- Working knowledge of AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, and/or production (e.g. generative AI for scripting, imagery, or editing assistance).
- Strong media content ideation skills — able to generate fresh, relevant concepts across social, video, and campaign formats.
- Solid planning and project management skills, with experience running content calendars across multiple accounts or brands simultaneously.
- Hands-on production experience: planning and running shoots, and working knowledge of photo/video editing tools and workflows.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver content for both internal/brand-building purposes and external client work.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable liaising directly with clients and internal teams.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or content/creative team is preferred.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- A self-starter who can take a loose brief and turn it into a fully planned, produced piece of content.
- Someone equally comfortable in the ideation room and on set during a shoot.
- A team player who can manage multiple client and internal content pipelines without dropping quality or deadlines.
