From the employer

Sales Enablement Manager (GCC) will lead the Manila-based team that provides business development and client program support, primarily to WSP’s Australian business. The role brings together connected service areas: delivery of the Global Client Program, the accuracy and completeness of sales pipeline data, the administration of frameworks, panels and master service agreements, and the production of data insights and analytics that inform growth decisions. The Manager is accountable for the quality, consistency and timeliness of what the team produces.

Working closely with Director of BD Operations and Head of Client Program, the Sales Enablement Manager translates WSP business priorities into clear work for the team, sets service standards and turnaround expectations, and builds the capability of team members over time.

The role is expected to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in how these support services are delivered.

Job Specific:

  • Build and manage a team of people who will support the Global Client Program and Sales Enablement functions for WSP’s Australian business and other WSP regions as required.

  • Liaise with the relevant Clients & Growth functional leads in Australia to ensure alignment of expectations and service delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and standards for each operational function of the team.

  • Seek out and present opportunities for improving services delivery within the business.

  • Global Client Program: Oversee the team's support of the Global Client Experience initiative and Global Client Program as it operates in the business, including client and market research, account planning, client presentations, and client account and satisfaction reporting.

  • Sales pipeline data and information: Oversee the team responsible for maintaining opportunity pipeline data in Horizon. Set and monitor data quality standards, run regular data integrity checks to improve pipeline hygiene.

  • Frameworks (panels and master service agreements) support: Oversee the team supporting the management of our frameworks including supporting framework managers, administering frameworks in Horizon for data integrity including expiry dates, renewal points, client reporting obligations, internal reporting, management plans, etc.

  • Data insights and analytics: Deliver periodic and ad hoc reporting for the Clients & Growth function, including pipeline, win rate, client and framework performance reporting for the Australian business.

People Management:

  • Responsible for hiring, onboarding, developing, and managing team members including regular performance and development discussions/assessments, general pastoral care, and offboarding.

  • Manage team performance by providing coaching and feedback, setting performance and development goals, and regular reviews of performance against those goals.

  • Coordinate local resourcing and work with the Australian Clients & Growth leaders to share resources and monitor quality of output.

  • Manage staff workload, providing training, guidance and support where necessary.

  • Drive engagement through activities and behaviours to encourage great team spirit and morale.

  • Address performance issues in a timely manner in accordance with company policy.

  • Provide recommendations on staff adjustments (e.g., hiring, performance reviews, team changes, promotions and progressions).

  • Collaborate and communicate openly with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Create a culture of continuous improvement, trust and openness.

  • Review and approve timecards and absences ensuring that team members record their hours accurately and consistently according to company guidelines.

Wellbeing:

  • Foster a strong Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) culture in the office and ensure compliance with all HSE and Quality requirements.

  • Create and maintain a healthy, safe, respectful, and ethical workplace environment.

  • Reinforce expectations for behaviour and workplace policies and practices.

  • Degree in business, administration, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience (minimum)
