Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy for each relevant platform
- Define most important social media KPIs across all social channels to achieve top positionacross all relevant measures
- Be curious and stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our social media presence
- Ideate and create daily skincare-focused social posts, which includes strong copywriting abilities for captions
- Manage the execution of day-to-day posting across all social media accounts
- Collaborate with Brand, Ecommerce, Digital, Sales, Creative and Innovation teams to maximize brand priorities
- Lead the creation of highly effective social briefs
- Compile weekly, monthly and quarterly social media reports
- Assist with content creation including but not limited to video editing and photo cropping
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 4+ years in Social Media Marketing or equivalent experience preferred
- Must be based in the Los Angeles area
- Skincare and/or beauty industry background preferred
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and stays up-to-date on industry and platform trends
- Attention to detail; demonstrates passion for accuracy in both minor and significant workstreams
- Excellent written communication skills as copywriting a crucial part of this role
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced business environment, be a driven contributor and work effectively and collaboratively with team members.
