Your Role: Field Marketing
As a Field Marketing professional, you will serve as a critical bridge between Marketing, Sales, Technical Consultants, and veterinary customers across the Pet Health portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing Marketing closer to customers by engaging directly with veterinarians, delivering scientific communication, and gathering first-hand market insights to strengthen brand strategy.
Your Responsibilities:
Engage directly with veterinary healthcare professionals through clinic visits and educational seminars to deliver scientific and product-related communication.
Capture and translate first-hand customer feedback, treatment trends, and competitive activities into actionable insights for the Marketing organization.
Partner with Product Marketing to translate brand strategies into effective field activation plans and pilot new marketing concepts.
Collaborate with Sales teams to support strategic customer visits, provide product detailing, and optimize the use of marketing programs.
Ensure scientific accuracy and cross-functional alignment by working closely with Technical Consultants, Regulatory, and Sales leadership.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: Veterinary degree / veterinarian qualification.
Experience: Demonstrated understanding of veterinary clinical practice and the animal health market.
Top Skills: Strong technical credibility to conduct scientific presentations and the ability to translate customer discussions into commercial and marketing insights.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
Experience in the animal health industry as a Technical Consultant, Field Veterinarian, or similar customer-facing role.
Experience accompanying Sales Representatives on strategic customer visits and providing product detailing.
Exposure to brand strategy, commercial activities, or product marketing planning.
Proven success in facilitating veterinary seminars and educational programs.
