Who this fits

This is presented as an entry-level, hands-on product marketing role, suited to someone eager to learn and comfortable working across product, sales and marketing. You should be willing to work in a Mac environment.

From the employer

We're looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Product Marketer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll work closely with our product team to develop compelling messaging, create marketing materials, and amplify our brand voice across social channels. You'll be at the intersection of product and marketing—translating complex product information into content that resonates with our audience while helping drive pipeline awareness.

This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who's energized by both AI and people: comfortable using AI tools to enhance your work while respecting company guardrails and leveraging our approved platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Collaboration: Partner with the product team to understand features, roadmaps, and updates; translate technical details into clear, audience-focused messaging.
  • Social Media Engagement: Create, curate, and share product-related content across company social channels with genuine enthusiasm and brand voice consistency. You'll also engage authentically on your own professional social channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X), sharing insights and perspectives about our products and industry in your own voice—this is personal brand building, not corporate posting.
  • Marketing Collateral: Develop messaging frameworks, case study outlines, product positioning documents, and launch materials.
  • Audience Intelligence: Research and document our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), competitive landscape, and audience pain points to inform marketing strategy.
  • Pipeline Awareness: Understand marketing's role in the sales pipeline and create materials that support lead generation and nurturing.
  • AI-Enabled Execution: Leverage AI tools (within company-approved platforms and guardrails) to accelerate content creation, research, and campaign execution.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a bridge between product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and positioning.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with AI tools and understanding how to apply them responsibly within corporate frameworks.
  • Genuine interest in and enthusiasm for social media engagement and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to understand and articulate an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and audience segments
  • Basic understanding of how marketing impacts the sales pipeline.
  • Self-directed learner with an openness to learning new tools and platforms.
  • Willingness to work in a Mac environment (previous experience helpful but not required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of marketing, product marketing, or related experience and/or related educational background.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Mac experience or comfort transitioning to a Mac environment.
  • Experience with SaaS or B2B products.
  • Familiarity with content management systems or marketing automation platforms.
  • Portfolio or examples of social media content or marketing materials you've created.
  • Exposure to competitive analysis or market research methodologies.
  • Experience using generative AI tools in a professional setting.
