From the employer

About Us

Gumloop is the multiplayer AI agent builder. We believe the people who know the work best should be able to automate it, and use what they build to help their whole team do more.

Anyone at a company can build, share, and optimize agents with any AI model and any integration. Teams can orchestrate those agents across their business, while IT keeps full control over data, access, and spend.

We're a small team building as fast as humanly possible. Gusto, Ramp, Shopify, Samsara, Instacart, and Opendoor are running agents on Gumloop across their company. We've raised over $70M from Benchmark, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, Nexus Ventures to scale and are looking for people who care as much as we do to join the team.

Here’s what life at Gumloop is like:

Role Overview

As Gumloop's Founding Product Marketer, you will define how a horizontal AI agent platform is understood by the people who use it and the people who decide to adopt it. The operators and builders who love Gumloop are often not the AI leaders, IT teams, and executive buyers who choose it for the enterprise. Your job is to hold both audiences in one coherent story.

You’ll work directly with the Head of Growth, founders, Product, Sales, and customers to shape how Gumloop is understood as we move further upmarket.

This is a senior IC role with unusually high ownership. You will be Gumloop's first dedicated product marketer and have the opportunity to build the product marketing foundation as we grow.

What you'll do

  • Own Gumloop’s positioning and messaging across operators, enterprise champions, and buyers, and define how the story changes for each audience without fragmenting the brand.

  • Turn customer insight into the GTM story, working directly with customers, prospects, Sales, and Product to understand buying situations, use cases, objections, and what actually resonates.

  • Own product launches end to end, from developing the narrative and deciding what deserves a launch to building the assets and enabling Sales and Customer Success.

  • Build the customer proof and sales messaging foundation, including customer stories, use cases, competitive narratives, battlecards, one-pagers, and value and ROI messaging.

  • Partner closely with Growth, Product, Design, and Sales to turn a fast-moving technical product into clear stories the market can understand.

  • Build the product marketing foundation from scratch, creating repeatable systems for launches, positioning, customer research, and sales enablement as Gumloop grows.

What you bring

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling craft, with examples of work you personally wrote.

  • Experience personally owning positioning and messaging for a complex B2B product, from customer research through the GTM story.

  • Around 6–8 years of product marketing experience, or equivalent Senior PMM scope. Scope matters more than exact years.

  • Experience marketing a complex product to both the people who use it and the enterprise buyers who purchase it.

  • Strong customer research instincts and experience using conversations with customers, prospects, lost deals, and Sales to shape positioning.

  • Experience owning meaningful product launches end to end, not just launch logistics.

  • Enough technical fluency with AI agents, LLMs, integrations, and enterprise security to explain complex concepts clearly to operators and executives.

Bonus

  • Has marketed AI products and already understands agents, LLMs, and enterprise AI adoption.

  • Has worked on a horizontal product with many use cases and both product-led and enterprise motions.

  • AI or agent experience, including agents, LLMs, model choice, orchestration, and enterprise AI adoption.

  • Horizontal product experience across many use cases, personas, and departments.

  • Comfort with Salesforce, Gong, and product analytics so messaging is grounded in real customer behavior.

Benefits

  • Highly competitive salary and meaningful equity

  • Generous paid time off: 24 days for SF employees and 20 days globally, use them as you need

  • $350/month wellness benefit to spend on gym, spa, equipment, or whatever keeps you at your best

  • 15 days of temporary remote work flexibility per year

  • 401k/RRSP match up to 6%
