The purpose of this role is to be responsible for daily moderation of all messages on the message boards, chat rooms and/or messaging applications. Checking for inappropriate content and modifying and/or deleting messages that are in breach of the moderation guidelines.

Job Description:

Generación de estrategias de redes sociales por marca, adaptadas a los objetivos de negocio y comunicación.
Definición y bajada de lineamientos estratégicos de redes sociales.
Creación, redacción y gestión del calendario editorial y flujos de publicación.
Desarrollo, validación, optimización y publicación diaria de contenidos en redes sociales.
Seguimiento y aplicación de las estrategias de contenido para cada marca, velando por el cumplimiento de estándares de tono y estilo.
Coordinación con equipos de diseño, SAC y monitoreo.
Moderación de redes sociales y detección de insights, feedback recurrente y temas sensibles para escalar al equipo.

Skills

Experiencia en agencias de publicidad digitales.
Excelente redacción y ortografía.
Capacidad analítica: generación de reportes y conclusiones.
Alta organización, manejo de tiempos y habilidad para priorizar tareas.
Personalidad proactiva, que se anticipa a los problemas.
Buen trato con clientes y equipos internos.
