About the Role
We’re building out our first UK BDR team to generate leads and fill the top of our sales funnel as we launch the go-to-market function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the sales function in a hyper-growth environment and work closely with senior leadership to drive revenue and impact. This role will support both inbound and outbound sales motions — engaging with dental practices who express interest in Dandy while also proactively generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting.
What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for a wide range of dental practice prospects.
Generate new business through outbound channels including email, phone, and creative outreach tactics.
Track sales activity using Salesforce and other tools, and continuously improve your processes.
Pitch the Dandy value proposition, handle objections, and move prospects through the funnel.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives for seamless client handoffs.
Contribute ideas to build the UK BDR function from scratch — your feedback will shape our processes, tools, and strategy.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment
Experience with cold calling (SMB targets are a big plus)
Commitment to continuous improvement and desire to learn new sales concepts via rigorous trainings
Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly
Experience with standard sales tools and a desire to explore and implement new tools to further streamline the sales process
Overall track record of professional and academic success
