About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives across our digital retail and ecommerce platforms. This role sits at the intersection of Product, UX, and Engineering, driving projects from ideation through pilot, prototype, and full operationalization. The ideal candidate has strong retail/ecommerce domain knowledge and is comfortable managing complex, multi-team initiatives end to end.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects of diverse scope and high complexity: manage the project roadmap, facilitate project planning, run brainstorming sessions, and prioritize projects and features.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop workflows, project plans, proof of concepts, operating procedures, and instructional training materials required for the evaluation and adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces; develop functional specifications and deliver successfully and on time.
- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, including ideation, pilot, prototype, and operationalization.
- Build effective partnerships with developers, architects, QA, data analysts, and product managers.
- Travel occasionally to client HQ.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Background in website development and the partnership between Product, UX, and Engineering to create compelling customer experiences.
- 5+ years of retail and project management experience, or strong familiarity with retail technologies and general ecommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with fulfillment operations and how they are exposed on retail websites, including:
- Same-Day Delivery and shipping options
- Buy Online, Pickup In Store (BOPIS)
- Store inventory availability on the website
- Advanced English C1
