Si ricerca un Junior project manager, PMO con esperienza, autonomo nello sviluppo di requisiti, analisi di prodotti e servizi digitali in ambito e-commerce, web e mobile app, CRM.

Il candidato ideale ha voglia di imparare cose nuove in un ambiente professionalmente stimolante e innovativo, studiando e proponendo soluzioni all’evoluzione dei processi e del prodotto rivolto all’utente finale.

La figura sarà inserita nel team Customer Transformation con sede a Milano e parteciperà a progetti di trasformazione digitale presso primarie realtà italiane e internazionali.

All’interno del Customer Transformation potrà investire sulla propria crescita professionale e di carriera, seguendo progetti dalla fase di disegno strategico a quella realizzativa.

La figura si confronterà con team multidisciplinari formati da professionisti in campo E-commerce, Customer Experience e CRM, per la realizzazione di servizi memorabili per l’utente finale.

Confronto con team multidisciplinari formati da professionisti in campo E-commerce, Customer Experience e CRM, per la realizzazione di servizi memorabili per l’utente finale.

Per questa opportunità è previsto un inserimento con contratto al 1° livello CCNL Commercio con una retribuzione indicativa tra 36.000€-50.000€, la cui determinazione finale sarà definita anche in base alla valutazione delle tue competenze ed esperienze pregresse. In aggiunta, è prevista una componente variabile legata alla performance fino a un massimo del 10% della retribuzione.
