Our next Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in expanding CMSPI's digital footprint and supporting demand generation efforts across global markets. Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, this role will be responsible for executing and optimizing integrated digital marketing programs across web, email, social media, marketing automation, SEO, and paid channels. The successful candidate will combine strong technical marketing expertise with creative thinking and analytical rigor to drive audience engagement, support pipeline growth, and enhance the effectiveness of CMSPI's marketing initiatives.

Role Overview

Our Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting the growth and execution of CMSPI’s digital presence. Under the direction of the Global Head of Marketing, this role will execute and optimise digital marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support broader organisational goals.

This individual must be a highly creative and proactive problem-solver with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work independently. A strong understanding of storytelling across digital platforms is essential, as is the ability to create compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with diverse audiences across the payments ecosystem.

This role requires a hands-on approach to digital marketing execution, including website management, SEO optimisation, social media, email marketing, content publishing, performance reporting, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. The ideal candidate combines strong digital marketing fundamentals, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement to expand CMSPI’s digital reach, strengthen audience engagement, and support measurable marketing outcomes.

Requirements

JOB ROLE

Key responsibilities:

  • Advise on CMSPI's SEO strategy and execution, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO recommendations, backlink opportunities, and content optimization to improve organic visibility, website traffic, and conversion performance.
  • Manage and optimize the CMSPI website to ensure content accuracy, strong user experience, brand consistency, SEO effectiveness, and ongoing digital engagement; work with external web partners to implement enhancements and improvements.
  • Execute and optimize email marketing, campaigns, and audience segmentation within HubSpot; evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve digital engagement, content performance, and audience growth across CMSPI's marketing channels.
  • Advise on the launch and execution of the digital content calendar; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.
  • Own the performance optimization of email and social marketing campaigns to support events, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards; analyse channel effectiveness, campaign attribution, and conversion metrics to support data-driven decision making.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You are a great match if:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and WordPress. A Google Analytics Certification is a plus but not a requirement for the role.
  • Proven and hands-on expertise with HubSpot Workflows and HubSpot Campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in SEO, analytics, and conversion optimisation
  • Strong understanding of storytelling across digital platforms
  • Familiarity with creative briefing processes and the ability to make light edits to digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social and digital channels.
  • Educated to undergraduate degree level in Marketing or related discipline
  • At least 5 years professional experience in digital marketing (B2B or B2C experience a plus)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively in both formal and informal settings.
  • Self-motivated, with a high degree of accountability, urgency, and responsibility
  • Must be a team player with a collaborative spirit and commitment to shared success
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
