From the employer

About the Role

Join an early-stage veterinary healthtech team as its first GTM Engineer, working closely with the founders to build and refine the sales engine. You will help veterinary practices adopt AI-enabled software while shaping the company's sales approach from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying veterinary practice prospects through negotiation and closing.

  • Develop and test outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.

  • Build customer relationships, support retention, identify upsell opportunities, and encourage referrals.

  • Own CRM pipeline management, data quality, and reporting using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.

  • Run structured tests of sales messaging, channels, and target segments, then use the results to improve performance.

  • Share customer feedback with the product and founding teams and help document repeatable sales processes.

  • Contribute to recruiting, training, and onboarding future sales team members.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a GTM role, with direct responsibility for pipeline generation and closing.

  • Experience executing full-cycle B2B sales, preferably for SaaS or enterprise software, and managing CRM pipelines and reporting.

  • Fluency in spoken and written German, plus experience with multichannel outreach and customer relationships after the sale.

  • A track record of building sales processes, running messaging or targeting tests, and turning market feedback into useful product insights.

  • Experience in an early-stage startup, or selling to healthcare, veterinary, or other regulated professional services customers, is helpful.

  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and collaborating in person with a founding team.
