En Caliente Interactive te invitamos a formar parte de nuestro equipo como Business Development Executive, donde serás responsable de atender y fidelizar a nuestros usuarios VIP de la plataforma Caliente.mx mediante correos electrónicos, chats y llamadas.
El objetivo principal es brindar un servicio exclusivo, personalizado y de alta calidad, generando confianza y fortaleciendo la relación con nuestros clientes para asegurar su satisfacción y lealtad hacia la marca.
Horarios
- 4 turnos rotativos: matutino, intermedio, vespertino y nocturno
- 2 días consecutivos de descanso rotativos
Requisitos
- Licenciatura concluida
- Inglés avanzado
- Excelente ortografía y redacción
- Disponibilidad para horarios rotativos
- Experiencia en atención a clientes premium o VIP (deseable)
- Experiencia en ventas, cierres y retención de clientes
- Habilidades de comunicación y facilidad de palabra
- Orientación a resolución de problemas y análisis de casos
- Manejo de Excel
- Conocimientos en deportes
- Puntualidad, asistencia y excelente presentación
- Actitud de aprendizaje y crecimiento profesional
Ofrecemos
- Salario base: $34,000 MXN brutos mensuales (pago quincenal)
- Bono por desempeño: $10,000 MXN brutos mensuales
