- You communicate and present well, with advanced Microsoft Office skills

Londis Brand Manager – Specified Purpose Contract (September 2026 to November 2027)
Join the BWG Foods Marketing team and play a key role in delivering high-profile brand campaigns, retailer engagement programmes, sponsorship activations, local marketing initiatives and digital communications that drive brand growth, customer engagement and retailer success across one of Ireland's leading convenience retail networks.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Retailer Engagement and communications:
· Develop and implement local marketing activity programmes for Londis retailers, including store events, local PR and local marketing management to help the growth of individual Londis stores
· Build and maintain professional relationships with a nationwide network of Londis retailers
· Develop a strong Londis retailer communications programme, including full responsibility for managing and drafting articles for our quarterly retailer magazine, Londis Local
Digital Leadership:
· Lead digital and social marketing activity for Londis, developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising campaigns across online and in-store platforms.
· Manage partnership with SocioLocal for Londis stores including store recruitment, training, uploading content and local support to maximise retailer success
· Build on success of the Local Marketing Toolkit and maintain the Londis website
· Measure and report performance of campaigns against objectives and KPIs on a monthly basis or as required by the Marketing Manager
Brand Initiatives:
· Working with the Marketing Manager to develop brand-related initiatives, managing the planning and activation of Londis sponsorships and charity partnership, working with internal teams, retailers and external partners to maximise brand visibility and engagement
· Responsibility for managing tactical advertising with third-party agencies and achieving internal approvals
· Drive growth and development of the Own Brand Range including new packaging, promotional and marketing campaigns
Londis Smart Rewards Programme:
· Support the growth and development of the Londis Smart Rewards programme and associated customer engagement initiatives
Budget Management:
· Manage agreed marketing budgets, purchase orders and expenditure, ensuring cost efficiency, accurate tracking and regular reconciliation against approved plans
Relationship Building:
· Manage relationships with external agencies, print and media partners to drive brand-related activity
· Work closely with internal BWG functions including Trading, Londis Regional Development Managers (RDMs), Retail
· Development, Operations, Finance, IT and Londis retailers
The ideal candidate will have:
· Previous experience in a similar role preferably within a retail environment
· Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
· A third level marketing or business qualification or equivalent
· Full clean driving licence as travel within Ireland will be required
· Strong interpersonal and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
· An ability to prioritise and work effectively in a busy environment in an organised and proactive manner
· Budget management experience
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· Excellent IT skills with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience using Copilot would be an advantage
